Here's how it works: On your fasting days, you can select any meal from our bundle for both lunch and dinner. Breakfast and snacks are removed on fasting days. You have an 8 hour window to consume your meals and a 16 hour window fasting routine. Below is a guideline.

7 or 5 day plan?

Whether you've completed the Introfast® program and opt to continue with the 7-day plan or you're starting with the 7-day or 5-day plan, the choice is entirely yours.

Our 7-day plan provides all your meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days of the week. While our 5-day plan provides all your meals Monday to Friday, granting you the flexibility to savor the weekends.

We strongly recommend practicing moderation during weekends and striving to adhere to the recommended daily caloric intake when preparing meals or participating in social gatherings that involve food and alcohol (commonly known as a "tjop and dop" occasion).

Conversely, our standard meal packs, with a daily calorie count of up to 1500, cater to the specific needs of men who want to strike a balance between taste and nutrition.
