The Loyalty Programme has tier levels based on your total spending at www.usn.co.za. Starting at the Blue Tier, you progress to higher tiers based on spending thresholds. Bronze, Silver, and Gold Tiers have specific spending requirements for each calendar year. There's a 14-day delay between spending and tier eligibility.
You can earn points through various activities. However, points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. No, the Loyalty Programme benefits and points cannot be transferred, sold, or traded, including in cases of death. Such actions will result in the voiding of your account and benefits. Benefits have no cash value and cannot be converted to cash.
You can cancel your Loyalty Programme Membership by emailing online@usn.co.za. Upon cancellation, any unused points and benefits in your account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. Make sure to consider this before canceling.
Returns and order cancellations must follow the Company's Return and Cancellation Policies. If you return an item, the spent amount applied to programme tiers and points benefits earned for the original purchase will be reversed from your account. The same applies to order cancellations.
